André Olsen Lassemo (b. 1992) is a Norwegian actor, playwright, and producer. He's from Kristiansand, but has been living in Oslo since 2017. He trained in England, studying acting at The Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts and East 15 in London. His performing career has been diverse in both form and content. Since finishing his training, he's been a part of over 40 professional productions for theatre, film, and TV. He's portrayed characters such as Police Chief Bastian in "Kardemomme by", Frank in "Munnbind", Phileas Fogg in "Jorda rundt på 80 dager", Max in "Terroristene", and Ben in "Kjøkkenheisen". On screen, he's played roles like Ove in the NRK series "22. juli" and Vegard in Discovery+'s "Alt du elsker". He's the artistic director of the theatre company Kanon Produksjon, which has premiered 10 productions since its inception in 2019. He's also the artistic director of Vardeteatret Sør, an initiative that uses performing arts as rehabilitation for current and former inmates. Additionally, he's an acting teacher at Bårdar Academy and the producer for Oslo Fringe - the largest performing arts festival in Norway.
